How do I fix Wifi issues?
If you are experiencing issues with Wifi connection on the Hub Controller, resetting Wifi module might do the trick. Please follow the below steps to resolve the issue.
Tip: After each step please try and reconnect to wifi by going to MENU > WIFI

Step 1
Check other devices
Please check if other devices like your computer have an internet connection when connected to your home Wifi.
Note: Your smartphone might be using your mobile data and have internet connection.
Step 2
Check if your Wifi network is 5 GHz
The HubController will only connect to a 2.4 GHz network.
The difference between the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz wireless bands is speed and range. In a nutshell, the 2.4Ghz band is able to reach further, giving you a better signal further from the router, but the 5Ghz band offers much higher speeds at a lower range or distance away from the router. See here how to split your Wifi bands.

Step 3
Restart your router
- Unplug your router or modem from its power outlet (don’t just turn it off)
- Wait 15-20 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Allow the device a minute or two to turn back on

-
- Tap at least 7 times at 10 o’clock on the background circle
- Select Wi-fi module
- Select Reboot Wi-fi module
Step 4
Reset the Wifi Module

Step 5
Forget Network and reboot
- On the Hub Controller, go to Menu → Wifi and select Forget network NOTE: If you don’t have Forget network button, skip this step
- Reboot the device: Menu → Device Info → Reboot
- Select Menu → Wi-fi and connect to the network
